Women’s Clubs

Our Women’s Clubs provide a welcoming and supportive environment for refugee, asylum-seeking, and migrant women to come together, build friendships, and develop new skills.

These regular sessions are about community, confidence, and connection — giving women the chance to relax, learn, and access the support they need to thrive.

Women’s Hobby Club

Our Women’s Hobby Club offers a safe, welcoming women-only space where women from all backgrounds can come together to build confidence, make friends, practice English, and enjoy creative activities in a relaxed and supportive environment.

At the Hobby Club, women are encouraged to explore their creativity, share their talents, and try something new. Activities include:

  • Knitting and crocheting
  • Sewing and cross-stitching
  • Crafts and macramé
  • Or any other creative hobbies women want to bring or learn!

    Women’s Health Club

Our Women’s Health Club is a free, women-only programme designed to support the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of refugee, asylum-seeking, and migrant women.

Each week, we create a safe and welcoming space where women can move their bodies, learn about health, improve their English, and take some well-deserved “me time”.

The club runs every Wednesday with 2-hour sessions, including:

1 hour of physical activity, such as: Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, Fitness and other activities. No experience needed – all fitness levels welcome.

1 hour of health-focused conversation, featuring: guest speakers from the health sector, chats about women’s health, smoothie making & tasting, informal English practice and time to socialise.

After each session, participants receive a small body care product.

Open to refugee, asylum-seeking, and migrant women of all ages.

Completely free to attend – travel expenses are reimbursed.

Whether you’re looking to move more, learn about your health, or simply connect with others – Women’s Health Club is here for you.
