Dzuliana Luksa-Soltanovic

Trustee

I have been working for the third sector for over 8 years specialising in philanthropy fundraising for national charities such as Macmillan Cancer Support and Mind.

Having spent some time at the office of United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees I have seen first hand the difference timely support can make for asylum seekers and refugees who are facing numerous challenges from stigma and discrimination to lack of resource to live decent life. Supporting this community has always been my passion so when the opportunity came up to join the board of Integration Support I was delighted to become a trustee of this local charity with a big vision, genuinely invested delivery team and committed allies and supporters.

Miglena Trangos

Trustee

I am a passionate advocate for community support and integration, with over a decade of experience in social work, life coaching and volunteering.  My journey started in Bulgaria, where I was involved in many social projects, teaching English classes, distributing essential supplies to the most deprived and organising community events. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Theology and further my education in the UK with a Life Coaching qualification and a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology. Over the last few years, I have volunteered in charity organisations such as Barnardo’s and Safer Places providing pro-bono coaching sessions for single parents and women- victims of domestic abuse. For the last 4 years, I have worked for the Primary Care Network as a Social Prescriber supporting patients from three local GP practices with their social, economic and mental health needs. In my role, I work closely with refugees and immigrants connecting them to resources and fostering their integration in the community. In August 2024 I was invited to join the Trustee Board of Integration Support, a charity dedicated to assisting asylum seekers, refugees and immigrants. This role aligns deeply with my passion for creating a welcoming environment and empowering those who start their new lives in the UK.

In 2020 I began working with Integration Support Services as a Playworker and I also volunteered delivering food during Covid.
