We offer free, confidential Information, Advice and Guidance (I.A.G) through individual appointments and drop-in sessions in and around West Essex.
Support is available at our office in Harlow, as well as in community-based locations such as local foodbanks, hospitals, libraries, and other trusted spaces.

We also help people access other support services delivered by statutory bodies and voluntary organisations to ensure holistic, long-term solutions.

We are registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) and are authorised to offer Level 1 Immigration Advice.

We are registered as a Hate Crime Reporting Centre. If you or someone you know has experienced hate crime or discrimination, you can report it through us in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment.
We are a registered National Databank Hub, providing free mobile data, SIM cards, and internet access to people who are digitally excluded.
